"I'm Going To Bed"

Okay I see two sides to this.  The guy knows what he wants to do and has already done all his stuff ahead of time.  Therefore he can just go to bed.  The girl sees many things that still need to be done, and may say she's going to bed, but she really isn't.  She shouldn't say she is going to bed until she's done with all that other stuff!  (Okay weak, I know, but trying to play devil's advocate here!)
